American contemporary artist Hyunah Kim describes her abstract art as being an enjoyable product of both the conscious and unconscious. Through her striking pieces, Hyunah invites the viewer to wonder. Employing a pictorial language based on color, line, shape, and form, she endeavors to create compelling compositions. Woonchang Song
Woonchang Song’s dynamic sculptures draw inspiration from the natural structure of pine trees, which have great significance in South Korean culture. Woonchang has exhibited extensively across his native South Korea, as well as internationally at Scope Basel and Spectrum Miami. Woonchang received his BA in Sculpture from Inha University, his MA in Sculpture from Sungshin University Graduate School, and his Ph.D. in Digital Art Engineering from Inha University. Claire Denarie-Soffietti
Self-taught French artist Claire Denarie-Soffietti paints vividly colored interiors and landscapes influenced by her time spent in France, Barbados, and South Africa, where she is currently based. Claire’s work is frequently exhibited in Cape Town, and she has been featured in several magazines including Habitat, Top Billing, as well as House and Garden. Aside from her artistic pursuits, Claire has also studied law at the University of Witwatersrand, Johannesburg. See more of Claire’s work here.
Socrates Rizquez
Spanish artist Socrates Rizquez’s moody cityscapes transport the viewer to the human center of urban life. Using enamel paints to achieve pure color tones and a glossy finish, Socrates creates scenes of everyday city life in a style he calls “hyper-impressionism.” He is self-taught, inspired by his father’s oil paintings to become an artist in his later years. Izabella Hornung
Based in the United Kingdom, Izabella Hornung paints striking, playful portraits of women. She creates these portraits based on certain emotions, which she translates into a particular character for each painting. This results in a final image that evokes both dreams and reality, dancing between humor and sadness.
