“After the Game” acrylic on canvas, 36″ x 48″
My artistic story truly began in the vast, quiet landscapes of the Siberian countryside, where I was born. I fell in love with nature as a child. The endless expanse and clear, northern light deeply shaped my earliest sensibilities, becoming a core part of my artistic DNA. This early period also included an unconscious formation of a feeling for the right picture detail, developed by watching my father developing black and white photographs.
“Blue Symphony” oil on canvas, 30″ x 30″
I was initially persuaded to study journalism, which led me to the Faculty of Linguistics at Omsk State University. I later left after my family’s German heritage guided us to a new life in Germany. In 2001, I was nineteen and living near the Baltic Sea in Torgelow, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania. This was another landscape of profound inspiration.
“Azure Serenity” acrylic on canvas, 60″ x 48″
I found myself drawn to the endless horizons, where the sky and water became two powerful main figures. The ever-shifting quality of the water, a source of light and movement, remains in my heart and finds resonance in my works. I carry the memory of the Baltic’s deep, subtle color and light with me, contrasting it with the tropical light I now experience.
“One Color a Day II” acrylic on canvas, 22″ x 22″
After a few years, I pursued and worked in the medical field for some time, but still strongly strived to express myself creatively. I began dealing with painting, trying to paint abstract in acrylic, and eventually ended my medical career. I got married, traveled a lot, and dealt intensively with photography, motifs, and compositions. From 2018 until 2021, after settling in Bavaria, I pursued study of free painting at the Free Art School Stuttgart–Academy for Art and Design. This cemented my commitment to a career in art.
“Dolce Vita” oil on canvas, 30″ x 30″
Since 2020, I have been a proud member of the city’s artist association Kunstverein Ulm and the Künstlergilde in Ulm. I began working on the minimalistic series Between the Lines, which is characterized by flow of watercolor, created without brushstrokes but only through fast movement of the medium.
“Infinity” acrylic on canvas, 36″ x 36″
In 2021, I moved with my family to Miami, where I collected very formative impressions of Florida and the USA. Since relocating, my practice has evolved into a contemporary and increasingly minimalistic exploration. My everyday life here in Florida inspires me to create with an emphasis on contemporary art. My new paintings, leading me to create the series Miami Majesty, point out the contrast between extreme luxury that only riches can buy and the luxury that is freely available to everyone. The profound impact of German design, particularly the Bauhaus style, has heavily influenced this evolution, lending a sense of precision and structure to my compositions.
“Independence” acrylic on canvas, 30″ x 40″
The ocean has emerged as a central, recurring symbol in my work. I see it as a luxury that is universally accessible—an art object for everyone, much like the iconic simplicity of Warhol’s Campbell’s Soup Cans. By taking something so ubiquitous and presenting it in an elevated, contemplative way, I want to invite viewers to pause and reflect.
“A Moment of Calm” acrylic on canvas, 36″ x 36″
My goal in every piece is to balance simplicity and depth. I strive for precision in my forms while maintaining an openness that allows for personal interpretation. The interplay of light and form in my work echoes both those early memories of the Baltic and the current tropical glow of Florida, blending my past and present into a cohesive whole.

I have exhibited internationally, including major art shows in Miami and Palm Beach. Through my paintings, I invite you to join me in rediscovering minimalism. For me, line and color are not just elements of design. They create a universally accessible space for quiet contemplation and deep feeling.
