After a worldwide disaster, Elliot, a dog, sets out on a journey through a changed and empty world. Lost without his human friend, he explores the ruins, looking for someone to be with and trying to make sense of what’s left. Elliot’s search reflects the challenges many of us feel today, trying to find connection and purpose in a confusing world.

The series Cane in un Mondo post apocalittico showcases Falcone’s multifaceted talent, blending manipulated photographs with oil and gold leaf on canvas, while they delve deeper into the themes of destruction and emptiness that define a post-apocalyptic world. The photographs, formal and structured, blur the lines between reality and artistic interpretation. Through his art, Falcone invites us to confront with the realities of a world on the edge, challenging us to find beauty amidst devastation.

Robert Falcone – Biography

Born in Italy to an Italian father and a Slovenian mother, Robert E Falcone’s journey has been one of cultural intersections and personal evolution. Emigrating to the United States as a young child, he was raised by his single mother and her extended family, a background that instilled in him resilience and adaptability.

Falcone’s artistic journey began at the tender age of 14, exploring both visual art and music. However, life led him down a different path in his twenties, thirties, and forties as he pursued a career in medicine. Rising through the ranks to become an established Trauma Surgeon, educator, researcher, and lecturer, Falcone’s commitment to healing and understanding the human condition remained unwavering.

Yet, the artist within him never truly faded. In a triumphant return to his creative roots, Falcone rekindled his passion for art and music, embracing a diverse range of mediums. While sound remains his preferred medium, his artistic repertoire also includes painting, sculpture, and photography.
