Portland, Oregon-based photographer Anthony Blasko loves traveling, meeting new people, and exploring new places with his camera. During a trip to Florida in 2013, he happened upon the Strawberry Festival in Plant City. He attended for the second time in 2017 and only shot a few rolls of film, but fell in love with the quality of the near-dusk light and rich colors. He returned the following year, shooting for nearly two weeks, the culmination of which became “Florida Strawberries,” recently published by Stanley/Barker. See more from the project below!
