“Love in all Shades” acrylic/mixed media,16″ x 20″
I create paintings as love notes to the self—reminders that even in our messiest moments, we are still whole and deserving of love.
“Bringer of Spring” oil, 24″ x 30″
For years, I was drawn to painting the female form with lots of bold colors. Over time, I realized I wasn’t just painting because of my fascination with the feminine aesthetic. My paintings are representative of the core values I hold dear. Resilience in the face of disorder and chaos, kindness in the face of cruelty, and hope that there is always good in the world, especially in ourselves. Knowing that no matter what, we are worthy of being ourselves, even when life feels overwhelming. My work is rooted in that belief.
“Magic from Within” acrylic/mixed media, 11″ x 14
I paint primarily in acrylic and oil paint, often layering in mixed media elements to create texture and depth. I love the richness and luminosity of oil paint. It forces me to slow my anxiety-riddled brain and be intentional. There’s something sacred about that pace.
“Faith” acrylic/mixed media, 16″ x 20″
Each piece evolves gradually. Layers build upon one another, coming together like a complex and beautiful book I can’t put down. A reflection of what it feels like to be a real human, just living their life one glorious breath at a time.
“Hope” acrylic/mixed media, 9″ x 12″
Motherhood, winter snowstorms, and intentional moments for reflection all find their way into my process. I don’t separate my life from my art; they inform one another constantly. When I paint, I’m often exploring themes of self-worth, rest, strength, and the courage it takes to return to yourself again and again. I even deep dive into my new found love for sunflowers as a representation of turning towards our own light.
“Shine” acrylic/mixed media, 9″ x 12″
My hope is that when someone lives with one of my paintings, it becomes more than décor. I want it to feel like a steady companion. A gentle reminder hanging on the wall that says, “You’re allowed to take up space and let your inner light shine.”
“Glow” oil, 16″ x 20″
Each collection I release is created with love and offered first to my collectors. Many of them have followed my journey for years. I value that connection deeply, and I often bare my soul in my studio newsletters, sharing my latest in progress paintings and recent life shenanigans.
“Believe” acrylic/mixed media, 11″ x 14″
At its core, my work is about coming home to yourself. If a painting of mine can help someone pause, breathe, and remember their own light, then I’ve done what I set out to do.
